Q. Are all conference materials available indefinitely?
A. The Keynote and Product Roadmap sessions are available through December 17. All other sessions and Solutions Expo demos are available now through April, 2010.Q. What is Inforum?
A. Virtual Inforum 2009 is Infor's user and partner conference. It brings Infor customers and partners together for a two-day learning and networking experience focused on Infor business-specific solutions. A. Virtual Inforum 2009 will be held Oct. 20-21, 2009.Q. Where will Inforum 2009 be held?
A. You'll find us online. Inforum 2009 is a virtual conference this year, and after registering, you will receive specific instructions and credentials on how to attend Virtual Inforum 2009.Q. Is there a group discount available?
A. No, group discounts are not available for Virtual Inforum 2009.
Q. Am I allowed to record any of the presentations or demonstrations during Inforum?
A. Any unauthorized recording of the presentations or demonstrations at Inforum is strictly prohibited.Q. Can I transfer my registration to someone else in my company in the event I cannot attend?
A. No, substitutions are not permitted.Q. Are there any sponsorships or exhibit spaces available?
A. Yes. For all approved exhibitors, the sponsorship details are included in the exhibitor contract. Contact the sponsor team at sponsor@infor.com for information. Only signed Infor partners may participate.Q. What if I need to cancel?
A. You can cancel your registration by providing written notice to inforum@infor.com. However, refunds are not provided for any cancellations.Q. Can I pay with a company check or PO?
A. No, payments must be made using a credit card.Q. How do I get a copy of my registration invoice?

A. Virtual Inforum 2009 will not have a supported process to provide continuing education credits.
